ANTJE DANGEL, PA-C, OWNER, CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Antje Dangel is a nationally certified Physician Assistant and the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Eternal MedSpa. Originally from Berlin, Germany, she holds degrees in Educational Sociology, Nursing (University of South Florida), and Physician Assistant Studies (Barry University). Antje brings nearly five years of experience in aesthetic medicine and has completed over 20,000 treatments. Her clinical background spans high-acuity nursing, women’s health, and emergency medicine, as well as academic experience as a Clinical Assistant Professor at FSU College of Medicine. Known for her precision, compassion, and patient-centered approach, Antje leads Eternal MedSpa with a strong commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, skiing, weightlifting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
JASON W. DANGEL, OWNER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jason Dangel is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations of Eternal MedSpa, a Sarasota-based aesthetics practice focused on evidence-based treatments that promote beauty, confidence, and wellness. He brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare communication, public affairs, and operations. Before founding Eternal, Jason served as Deputy Communication Manager for the VA Sunshine Healthcare Network, supporting U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs health care facilities across Florida, South Georgia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He is a U.S. Army Veteran with two deployments to Iraq and holds a B.S. in Health Administration. He also completed graduate studies in Strategic Communication through Purdue University. Jason now applies his leadership and service-driven mindset to delivering a premium aesthetic experience. Outside Eternal, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and can be frequently found in the gym.
JENN DEMERS, PA-C, MASTER INJECTOR
Jenn Demers, PA-C, known to her clients as “Gentle Jenn” or “Zen Jenn,” brings a unique blend of medical expertise, artistry, and compassion to Eternal MedSpa. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA, in 2006 and 2008. With a career spanning Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery and Medical Aesthetics, Jenn has always worked with her hands—building, creating, and refining with precision. Her passion for enhancing and celebrating each person’s natural beauty has earned her a trusted reputation in aesthetics. Guided by her yogi heart and expanding knowledge of metaphysical healing, Jenn’s peaceful presence and calming demeanor ensure every client feels at ease, cared for, and rejuvenated during their aesthetic journey.
ALEXA MARTINEZ, CERTIFIED LASER TECH AND MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Alexa Martinez, a proud Sarasota County native, brings both local pride and professional passion to her role at Eternal MedSpa. After graduating from Riverview High School, she pursued her education at the Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa, where she became a licensed Medical Aesthetician with advanced training in skin health, corrective treatments, and rejuvenation techniques. Alexa is deeply committed to the transformative power of aesthetic care, believing it can inspire confidence, enhance natural beauty, and restore one’s inner glow. Known for her gentle demeanor, artistic touch, and attention to detail, she tailors every treatment to each client’s unique needs. Her long-standing professional rapport with Antje, Jenn, and Jada bring natural chemistry, trust, and shared vision to the Eternal team. Away from work, Alexa enjoys painting and spending quality time with her two children — her greatest joys and the driving force behind everything she does.
JADA LEBEL, CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Jada LeBel is a Florida native and Client Experience Specialist at Eternal MedSpa. A graduate of Palmetto High School, she earned her associate’s degree from State College of Florida and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration at the University of South Florida. Jada’s interest in aesthetics began early—sparked by accompanying her mother to a Botox appointment as a teenager. Today, she blends her passion for client care with a strong foundation in health administration to ensure every guest receives a seamless, welcoming, and personalized experience. Jada is known for her attention to detail, warm demeanor, and commitment to helping clients feel their best. Outside the spa, she enjoys spending time with her son Oliver, relaxing at the beach, going on long walks with her dog, and enjoying the company of close friends. Her positivity and dedication make her an essential part of the Eternal MedSpa team.
HAILEY SCHAAR, CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Hailey Schaar is a Client Experience Specialist at Eternal MedSpa, bringing warmth, knowledge, and passion to every client interaction. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she made the move to Florida in 2023 and quickly found her place in Sarasota’s beauty and wellness community. A licensed cosmetologist in both Pennsylvania and Florida, Hailey has been in the industry since 2018, building a diverse background as a freelance makeup artist, salon and spa front desk coordinator, hairstylist, and salon manager. Her love for aesthetics and skincare has been lifelong, fueling her dedication to helping clients look and feel their best. At Eternal MedSpa, she’s excited to continue her journey in the aesthetics field, where her skills and enthusiasm shine. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband, relaxing, and keeping up with her two massive (and lovable) dogs.
REUBEN W. HOLLAND III, M.D., MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Reuben W. Holland III is a board-certified emergency physician with over 35 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. He serves as the Medical Director of Eternal MedSpa, where he oversees clinical safety, treatment protocols, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, he was the longtime Medical Director of the Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centers at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. A former Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Holland has held academic appointments with Florida State University College of Medicine and served as an oral board examiner for the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He earned both his B.A. in Chemistry and M.D. from West Virginia University and completed his residency at the University of Colorado. Dr. Holland brings a lifelong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and medical integrity to the aesthetic and wellness space.
